This store is operated by Juan Morales Pérez, Puerto Rico, trading as Prime Motion Fitness. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe products and display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly as they are. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information, including after an order has been placed.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.
