Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with any tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

How to start a return

Email jmp2102@msn.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the return and send you the address to ship to. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the cost of shipping the item back is yours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the funds to appear.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can put it right.
